Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which types we use on alphamedclinic.com, and how you can manage your preferences. The website does not use forms to collect names, emails or other personal data: contact is available only by phone or email. This website implements Google Consent Mode v2.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They may be session or persistent cookies and are used to operate the site, remember preferences, or analyse usage.
2. No data collection through forms
The website does not include contact, booking or registration forms. We therefore do not collect names, emails or other identifying data through the website itself.
Any personal data may be processed only if you contact us independently by phone or email, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
3. Essential cookies (always active)
These are required for the website to function and do not require consent.
- Language and cookie consent preferences (localStorage + first-party cookie)
- Security and infrastructure cookies from Vercel
- Storage of choices made in the cookie banner
4. Analytics cookies (consent required)
If you accept Analytics, we may enable statistical tools such as Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager to understand aggregated website usage.
5. Marketing cookies (consent required)
If you accept Marketing, we may enable advertising tags such as Google Ads via Google Tag Manager to measure campaign performance.
6. Google Consent Mode v2
Before you choose, we default to denying analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization. After your choice, we update consent state so Google Tag Manager and connected tags respect your preferences.
7. Where preferences are stored
Preferences are stored locally in your browser using localStorage and a first-party cookie (`alphamed_consent`) to remember your choice on future visits. Each choice also creates a record in our consent log on a Neon database hosted in the EU, including date and time, a hashed IP address, browser user agent, accepted or rejected categories, and a unique consent ID linked to the technical cookie. This log allows us to demonstrate valid consent as required by GDPR Article 7.
8. How to manage or withdraw consent
You can change your preferences at any time from the cookie banner (footer link) or through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect some website features.
